Forging Furnaces are provided for temperature ranges from 1050℃ to 1350℃. Max Temperature operating range to 1300ºC(2375° F ) to match heat processing requirements.

Box Forging Furnace is mainly used for heating before forging, and heat the work pieces reaching the temperature forging needed.Our furnaces provide heated ingots which are forged into everything from alloy bars to aircraft parts.

Firing with gas or oil etc, can be more economical than firing with electricity.

In addition, the circulation of the hot gases, especially with multiple medium velocity burners, promotes good temperature uniformity without the use of high temperature fans.
