Application Range:
The Pit Furnaces are provided for temperature ranges from 700ºC to 950ºC.
The Pit Furnace is mainly used for heat treatment of mechanical parts such as long axis, rod and fittings, and normalizing, quenching and other heat treatment.
Long rod workpiece, such as barrel, turbine shaft and rotor, is vertically loaded and heated in well type furnace, so that bending deformation can be avoided.

The furnace use the whole fiber to make the lining of the furnace.
The cover of the furnace is operated manually or electrically.
The lid of the lifting furnace is equipped with a limit switch to ensure safe operation.
Matching automatic temperature control cabinet, thermocouple.
The heating element is usually heated by high temperature resistance belt, which has a longer service life and is not easy to break.
All automatic control of the well type annealing furnace cover of our company has safety protection, and when the lid is opened, the control power is automatically cut off.
