Application Range:
Austempering Nitrate Furnace is mainly used for isothermal quenching and aluminum alloy solid solution.
Applied to auto parts of aviation aluminum alloy parts, industrial aluminum, CADI grinding ball wear resistance material, grinding ball cast iron crankshaft, heavy car rear axle suspension parts and so on.
It can be used for CADI grinding balls and wear-resistant materials isothermal quenching continuous production.
Also can be used for auto parts isothermal quenching grinding balls cast iron crankshaft, heavy car rear axle suspension parts and so on.
Product Features:
Nitrate furnace adopting potassium nitrate and sodium nitrite mixed in certain proportion, melt to liquid medium heating workpiece.
Nitrate furnace heating workpiece feature, fast heating speed, less oxidation decarburization, so as to partial quenching.
Isothermal quenching and austenite and bainite isothermal quenching, a variety of chemical heat treatment.
Aviation aluminum alloy and industrial aluminum products are widely adopting nitrate furnace solid solution quenching heat treatment, which has the advantage of high furnace temperature uniformity, rapid heating transfer speed, consistent workpiece hardness, etc.
Austempering nitrate furnace is new product designed by my company, which is used in nodular cast iron, the austenitizing high temperature car bottom electric resistance furnace and austempering nitrate furnace form one offering two production line.
